PROCESS
For our Gorgeous You brides:
- Photos on our website are for inspiration and reference only.
- To make an order, directly contact us via Facebook/Email/Website enquiry and we will assist you with it.
- Once we have discussed the design with you, we will send you an email with an invoice. After you make 50% deposit of the total invoice, we will start making your dress.
- We will also include a measurement form in the email requesting measurements of your bust, waist, hips, and etc. You can refer to our Measurement Guidelines to get the correct measurements.
- Once we have received your details, we’ll custom make the dress based on your measurement form.
- Once the dress is done, we will send you final picture to check. Once you have paid the rest of 50% left, we will post the dress to you in 5 business days.

SHIPPING and RETURN
Our express shipping fee is from $30 Australia wide.
We ask for 14-16 weeks lead time to make your dress and deliver to you. Rush orders incur a $100 - $150 fee (6 weeks and less lead time).
We do not accept Return or Exchange because the dresses are made to order. However, we offer free alterations if the issues are from us.
Once the dress has been completed and we send you the final photos, we can keep it and postpone delivery for maximum 6 months because we know that sometimes, you may be in a difficult situation to get the dress paid. - After 6 months once the dress finished (which is 9-10 months since deposit day), if you still don’t pay off the rest of the payment, we will have to put the dress on sale on our page and other public pages and we will not return your deposit.
